At LAY LO Pets, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bed or accessory isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
